Edm Wire cutting, Laser and plasma Profiling/Cutting to 12mm thick steel. Presses, Welding, tig and mig, thread rolling machines (to ensure threads are to standards).We heat treat, surface harden, and provide electroplating, powder coating, polishing as well as anodizing.In our office we have a full design suite, where we use CAD in both 2 & 3D along with 3D printing.We are extremely conscious of customers needs for clear communication in the product development process, as well as production to shipping lead times and status.
